1- Fewer checkpoints during the day today in districts around Tripoli

2- Rolling blackouts continue around the whole city today.


3- Most of the city heard the enormous explosions in eastern Tripoli/Tajoura last night. The Free Generation Movement is in possession of official documentation showing that medium to long range missiles have recently been moved to an area of 32 BASE, Tajoura. We have reason to believe that this was destroyed last night. Most of the explosions were secondary explosions and not NATO bombs. Shrapnel and what appeared like fireballs and rockets were shooting up into the sky.

4- 32 BASE is a well known base and lies on the road to/from the east. Its destruction opens the way for our fighters in Tajoura and beyond to eventually enter Tripoli.

5- Fuel shortage continues to worsen. Many stations are now fully closed
