Nafousa Mountains: National Army managed an attack on Balda yesterday, a small village 100 km south east of Al-Zintan located near the city of Mizdah. A number of Gaddafi forces were killed, many fled, and the independence flag was raised. 30 Gaddafi forces were captured that were from the battle of Gawaleesh and it was confirmed that Mabrouk Sahbaan the commander of the battalion was severely injured in the battle today.

Nafusa Mountains: Gawaleesh: After a fierce battles today, 6 freedom fighters were killed and 27 were wounded. Vehicles and weapons were captured by the freedom fighters and the Gaddafi forces retreated to Al-Asabi’a 25 km from Gheryan.
